Entry Level Accounting Associate
THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking Entry-Level Accounting Professionals for immediate opportunities in the South and West Metro.
Responsibilities
Process and pay vendor invoices
Assist vendors and resolve discrepancies or issues
Effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal personnel
Bank deposits and cash application
Contact any customers that have exceeded the company payment terms
Process payroll including state and federal payroll taxes
Calculate cost of goods sold for US corporate headquarters as well as four international subsidiary locations
Analyze sales order back-log reports
Cross trained to cover the receptionist and customer service departments
Qualifications
Diploma or GED equivalent

years working in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Two or Four year degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Pay Rate: $13-$17 DOQ
