Manage Global S&OP;:
Work closely with World Area S&OP; Coordinators to keep alignment on S&OP; initiatives
Lead monthly Global S&OP; meeting which involves rolling up and validating global demand plan
Work closely with World Area S&OP; Coordinators to continuously improve the S&OP; process
Work with Global Finance and World Area leaders to create priced out plans to compare to POR
Support Perfect Execution S&OP; Peer Assessment reviews
Help determine global forecast accuracy goals/challenge world areas for improvements
Expand S&OP; process to sites as required
Aid in global coordination of any Planning function (projects, NPD discussions, lead times, etc.)
Provide Global S&OP; training as needed
Own and maintain the Global Quality Document for S&OP;
Support additional projects as needed
Support Demantra Global Planning System/Reporting:
Support required system changes through working with ASG Offshore support
Support Demantra testing requirements as needed
Troubleshoot Demantra system issues as needed
Support Demantra site expansions
Support Manila Analysts
Provide Demantra training as needed
Supervision:
One direct and 5 dotted line reports (Europe, AP, Americas, and 2 Manila Analysts)
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachlors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related. 5 years experience required.
