Job Description
Provides leadership and direction to ensure Wireless Solutions product focus within a sales area to achieve target levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance.
B.S. degree in Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
Eight (8) years related experience.
1. Maintain a broad understanding of Wireless products, markets, and applications.
2. Lead effort to create demand for the Smart Wireless products through the creation of a systematic and compre-hensive approach toward a given application. This will be focused on creating the correct value message, confirming the market acceptance, establishing initial sales and following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
3. Provide leadership and direction to world area business development and field sales personnel to optimize the Smart Wireless products in a given application set.
4. Develop a hand-off process to the field sales organization that will enable sustainable growth in a given application set.
5. Provide training to sales personnel to ensure levels of product/application expertise exist. Communicate and facilitate implementation of sales strategies within an application area.
6. Participate in project pursuit and account penetration planning and execution.
7. Provide direction on target accounts based on business unit strategies.
8. Provide pricing authority for major projects.
9. Support local trade show participation. Maintain and communicate knowledge of competitor, strategies, and products.
10. Provide input into the product line planning process as required. Participate in strategic planning for business unit. Contribute to market segment definition and establishment of business unit position within a segment.
11. Maintain a positive Rosemount image with customers and peers.
12. Provide customer support and resolve issues.
13. Perform other duties as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
