The Director, Business Development, Government
services
is responsible for new sales opportunities within the U.S government healthcare sector (Dept. of VA, Department of Defense and Indian Health Services) for the use of new or existing telehealth technology.

Responsibilities:
o New program and product opportunity identification
o Collaborate with R&D on requirements of newly identified opportunities
o Collaborate with CFO and VP of Government Services on pricing models
o Collaborate with Government Relationship
manager
to determine proper federal contract alignment
o Collaborate with Marketing to develop marketing tools
o Collaborate with VP of Government Services to develop sales training tools
o Maintain working knowledge of competitive landscape
o Attend and participate in Healthcare Trade shows
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's degree in science required. Post graduate degree in management or science background preferred.
YEARS OF
Experience:
o 15 or more years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
DESIRED/PREFERRED
Qualifications:
o Excellent interpersonal and management skills, including planning, execution and measurement of sales objectives.
o Highly motivated individual with ability to work independently and excellent time management skills.
o Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce.com.
o Travel requirement, approximately 25%
