I am seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join my team.
Chanhassen Endodontics is a start-up practice that is anticipated to open June, 2024.
The is currently being build with high end finishes and the latest technology.
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and customer service support in a dental office setting.
This is a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and maintaining the smooth operation of the practice.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Handle billing and financial transactions, including collecting payments from patients - Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly -Always has a positive attitude and welcomes all patients with upbeat personality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting - Proficiency in using phone systems, electronic medical scheduling systems (such as PBS endo), and other relevant software applications - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
