Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg/Telemetry - Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500
This role is located in Waconia, MN Up to $2500 Sign On Bonus! As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Minimum Education and Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN):
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing RN License/Certifications Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process BLS Certification TNCC or successful completion of trauma education that meets the requirements of the state trauma system within one year of hire Preferred Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Bachelor's degree in Nursing Medical Surgical nursing experience Oncology certification Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making Ability to work autonomously and as a team Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned aboveEOEJob Types:
