How you will spend your day as an Inside Sales Representative:
Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
Working with other departments to support sales needs.
Schedule Management.
Communicate with customer via telephone and email to verify delivery dates and proactively manage their job schedule.
Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products.
Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
Creates sales tickets.
Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Estimating knowledge helpful (not required) 1 year in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
