We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to base out of our Federal Plastics Corporation in Chanhassen, MN.
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for:
Answering phone & greeting visitors Input Purchase Orders into the Data Base Prepare work packets for Production Team and assist with scheduling Invoicing Ordering Material Create and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Coordinating Shipping of Product Additional projects and duties as needed Administrative Assistant Skills and Requirements:
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers Attention to detail Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates Proficient in Excel Organization and project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
