We are looking for an energetic and extroverted person to join our team as our Chiropractic Therapy Assistant.
This position requires a friendly and people-oriented personality that is able to provide excellent customer service to the wide range of people that we serve.
This is a customer service based position, you quickly become the face of the clinic and the initial impression for all new patients.
Therefore, a professional and compassionate demeanor is a must.
The ideal candidate must be organized, presentable, and a team player.
The Chiropractic Therapy Assistant plays an instrumental role in assuring smooth functioning in our fast-paced clinic.
This position requires a skill set that includes:
- Coachable - Ability to problem solve - Capable of multi-tasking - Capable of time management and prioritizing - Excellent phone skills - Adobe and Microsoft competent Chiropractic Therapy Assistant Job Duties Include:
- Patient related therapies and care, including knee decompression, spinal decompression, and red light therapy - Therapy education- educate staff members on current and new therapies on a continual basis.
- Equipment Maintenance- ensure equipments is up to date and working properly.
- General office upkeep and cleaning - Occasional general office duties including but not limited to- answering phones, responding to emails and text messages.
