Requirements The Agency Managermust be willing to work towards their Property & Casualty License.
Prior sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged for The Office Manager.
The Agency Managermust Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
