Job Description:
The Membership sales team is the face of our spa.
As the acting ambassador of the Hand & Stone brand, you will influence members elite experience in spa.
As a Concierge, you will be a friend to all, recommending services, treatments, or answering any membership questions that may come up.
You will find that many members will know your name, and you'll be seen as a prominent presence and influencer within our spa and community.
The network you build and the service you deliver is purposeful, valued and impactful.
Responsibilities:
Meet membership sales goals Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don't worry, we'll train you! Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last Capable of working flexible hours Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive and energetic attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform various other duties as assigned What's in it for you? Qualifications:
