Synthetic Turf Solutions of Minnesota, Inc.
has an immediate opening for an office and administrative assistant to join our team on a part time basis.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks with the ability to to work with little to no supervision.
Part-time position, but can lead to full-time employment with the right candidate.
This person must be well-organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working with a high-energy team.
Interact with staff in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism.
Candidates should have great problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Starting at $25 per/hour, depending on qualifications and performance Duties &
Responsibilities:
Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; General office duties Assist with the preparation of financial reports Prepare and coordinate reports, files, forms, etc.
Payroll processing Assist with financial tasks such as QuickBooks entry bookkeeping, budgeting, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, technical accounting, and tax preparation Create, organize, edit and maintain documents, files, reports, etc.
Order processing, track and record inventory Maintain stock of office supplies Support sales team with administrative documents & certificates Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as assigned Requirements:

years of experience in administrative work preferably in the construction industry Minimum high school diploma Knowledge of standard accounting practices Above-average knowledge of software programs, Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks Online, etc.
