Registered Nurse (RN) PACU - Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
This tole is located in Waconia, MN Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus As a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU , you will be responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Minimum Education/Work Experience for a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing CICU and/or PACU experience OR Emergency experience in conjunction with med/surg experience RN PACU License/Certifications:
Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process ACLS Certification Preferred Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing PALS Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Ability to work autonomously and as a team Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned aboveEOEJob Type:
